1. Acceptance

By accessing this website, creating an account, or submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the specific booking information presented to you.

If you do not agree, do not use the account or booking services.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You must not impersonate another person, create a fraudulent account, or attempt to access another user's account.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and should contact us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

3. Bookings

A booking request is a request for service and is not necessarily confirmed until Tinglem's Travel confirms availability and the booking status indicates confirmation.

You are responsible for accurate pickup, destination, date, time, passenger and contact information. Incorrect information may cause delay, cancellation, or inability to provide the requested service.

4. Pricing and Payment

Unless the website expressly states otherwise, cab fares are paid directly to the driver according to the fare agreed or communicated for the trip. The current website does not collect the cab fare through an online payment gateway.

Where applicable, legitimate tolls, parking, waiting time, route-related or other agreed transport charges may apply and should be communicated as clearly as reasonably possible.

5. Cancellation, Changes and No-Show

Customers should cancel or change bookings as early as possible. If a passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

Tinglem's Travel may cancel or reschedule a booking where the vehicle is unavailable or the trip becomes unsafe or impracticable because of weather, road closures, government restrictions, emergencies, breakdowns, traffic or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Because cab fares are paid directly to the driver under the current model, refunds are not processed through this website. Fare disputes should be raised with Tinglem's Travel using the contact information below.

6. Vehicle and Service Conditions

Vehicle type and availability are subject to actual operational availability. Travel times may change because of traffic, weather, road conditions, passenger delays or other operational circumstances.

Passengers must follow lawful safety instructions and behave respectfully toward the driver, other passengers and property.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• No unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or deceptive use.
• No false or materially misleading account or booking information.
• No attempts to bypass authentication, CAPTCHA, rate limits or other security controls.
• No malware, malicious code or activity intended to disrupt or compromise the service.
• No unauthorized use of another person's account.

8. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the site's original text, branding, logo, photographs, graphics, layout, code and other content are owned by or licensed to Tinglem's Travel. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission except where permitted by law.

9. Privacy

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy . Depending on the features you use, information such as name, phone number, email, profile photo and booking details may be processed to provide and secure the service.

10. Liability

We take reasonable steps to operate the website and arrange services, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every requested trip will always be available.

To the extent permitted by law, Tinglem's Travel is not responsible for losses or delays caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, natural events, road closures, government action, traffic incidents, telecommunications failures, third-party outages or similar force-majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

11. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, serious misuse, attempted security compromise, or material breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, business practices, technology, or legal requirements change. The published version will show its version number and effective date. Where a change materially affects user rights or obligations, reasonable steps will be taken to communicate the change.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India. Disputes should first be raised with Tinglem's Travel so that the matter can be addressed in good faith.

Subject to applicable law and consumer rights, a dispute may be brought before the competent courts, tribunals or consumer authorities having jurisdiction. The exact court jurisdiction should be confirmed against the final legal/business address before launch.
